Two things that you need to do are to eat healthy balanced food and to exercise to loose overall body fat. You can do this lower chest workout to help make your chest look more manly. Workout and diet plus lower chest exercises will help to remove chest fat when you have 'Pseudogynecomastia' which basically means you don't have man boobs but only a lot of chest fat making it seem like you have actual breast.
If you have 'Gynecomastia' which means you really do have man boobs then you need to consider following reason. The main reason why you have manly breast fat right now is because your body is releasing more estrogen (the female hormone causing you to have man boobs) and less testosterone (the hormone that makes you a man and prevents man boobs) so... There are four ways to forget about manly boobs and live normal man's life.
1. You can naturally increase your testosterone while lowering your estrogen levels. Here are few tips:
- Get more Zinc
- Eat more healthy fats
- Try to avoid Xenoestrogens
- Get at least 6-to-8 hours of sleep every night, stress less.
- Take your daily dose of Vitamin C each day
- Don't drink any alcohol (especially beer)
2. You can wait: If you are still teenager or in early 20's it's a 90% chance your man boobs will disappear within 2 years because your body is going through hormonal changes and that's making your body produce more estrogen and less testosterone but over time (within 2 years)...
3. Stop using drugs that cause your body to produce more estrogen.
4. If you're using prescription drugs like Antibiotics, ask your doctor if there are any alternative treatments you can take.
You must try everything you can do to loose breast fat, and if you are still young, you should not consider it as problem, because it will disappear in 2 year.
